"Free Trial Was More Frustrating Than Helpful"
I tried the free trial from EdrawSoft because I wanted to see if it would actually work for what I needed, but it got annoying fast.
Every time I tried to test something basic, some limit or restriction seemed to pop up. It felt like the whole trial was less about letting me try the software and more about nudging me to pay before I even had a chance to decide if I liked it. The interface didn’t help either, because it felt cluttered and kind of messy to figure out.
Maybe the paid version is better, I don’t know, but the trial definitely didn’t sell me on it. I got frustrated, gave up, and uninstalled it quickly.

"Couldn’t really get the hang of it"
I tried using EdrawSoft for a few days, but i ended up more confused than anything. There are just so many buttons, menus, and different things going on that I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to click. Maybe it’s good if you already know what you’re doing, or whatever that one part was supposed to help with, but as a beginner it felt like a lot. I spent more time trying to figure it out than actually making my diagram. Just wasn’t for me

"Helpful docs, but a few tutorials need a refresh"
I mainly used edrawsoft.com for the documentation and tutorials, and for the most part it was helpful because some of the guides were clear enough that I could find the basic tools without getting too stuck.
That said, a few tutorials felt a bit outdated or like they skipped over tiny steps that probably seemed obvious to whoever wrote them but definitely were not obvious to me, so I ended up clicking around and figuring things out on my own, which was a little annoying, but overall it was still useful and I just wish it felt more current and easier to follow.

"Nice idea, but way too unreliable"
I really wanted to like EdrawSoft because some of the diagram tools are actually useful, and when it works, it does have potential. But using it was frustrating. It felt slow and heavy most of the time, lagged while I was trying to make simple edits, and crashed on me more than once in the middle of working. Even saving could take longer than expected, which made me nervous after the crashes. So I’m kind of torn because the features seem decent, but the stability just wasn’t there for me

"Cloud sync is useful, but a little hit or miss"
I use Edrawsoft mainly to keep my diagrams saved in the cloud, and when it works, it’s convenient. I like being able to jump between devices without thinking too much about it. That said, the syncing isn’t always as smooth as I’d hoped. Sometimes it takes longer than expected, and once a file didn’t update on my other laptop, which was frustrating. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it does make me a bit cautious. Hopefully they can make the cloud sync more dependable

"Exporting was honestly kind of a pain"
I basically just wanted to export my diagram without making a whole thing out of it, but yeah, a lot of the useful formats were locked or ended up looking messy. It was just frustrating, and not really worth the hassle for me.

"Heads up: the integrations didn’t really work for me"
Just a warning for anyone considering this: the integrations were basically a letdown in my experience. I expected them to work smoothly, but they barely functioned for me, and there didn’t seem to be any real integration support that actually helped. Definitely test everything carefully before relying on it.

"Feels cluttered and a little frustrating to use"
I tried using EdrawSoft for a few diagrams, and the interface felt crowded to me. There are so many buttons, menus, and icons on the screen that even finding basic tools took longer than it should have. Some of the icons look a bit too similar too, so I kept clicking the wrong thing and having to backtrack.

It’s not even about it being unusable, because it does work. It’s more that the whole experience doesn’t feel as clean or smooth as I expected. Moving objects around was kind of annoying, and the spacing or snapping didn’t always feel helpful. Not the worst tool, but I thought it would be easier and more modern to use...

"Privacy seems fine, but I caught it at a bad time"
The privacy side seems okay overall, but I’m still not totally sure because the security details weren’t as clear as I hoped. To be fair, I was probably looking into it at the worst possible time and didn’t have the patience to dig around much

"Decent for teamwork, but I expected quicker syncing"
I’ve been using Edrawsoft with my team to share and work on diagrams, and overall it does the job. The commenting feature is helpful, but the real-time editing feels a little slow sometimes, especially when we’re all making changes at once. I was expecting a faster response and smoother syncing, so that part was a bit frustrating. It’s not a bad tool, but there’s definitely room to improve the collaboration experience

"Helpful, but a bit unreliable at times"
I started using Edrawsoft a few weeks ago, and overall it’s been useful for what I need. The first few days went smoothly, but after a while it crashed on me a couple of times, and some larger files took longer to open than I expected. It’s not a bad tool, and I still use it, but those little issues can get annoying when I’m trying to get something done quickly...

"Decent, but switching devices got a little frustrating"
I gave edrawsoft a try because I liked that it was supposed to work on different systems, i was a bit hopeful at first. The Windows version felt fine enough, but using it on my Mac put me in a more annoyed mood quickly. It seemed slower, and a few things looked or behaved differently, which threw me off. Moving files between devices wasn’t as smooth as I expected either. It’s usable, but if you’re constantly jumping between computers like I am, it can start to feel kind of tiring.

"Misleading wording made it way more confusing"
I got frustrated quickly because the wording made it sound like the basic stuff would be simple, but it wasn’t at all. I kept clicking around trying to figure things out, but the instructions felt misleading and not very clear. After a short while, I just gave up.

"I really wanted to like this..."
I really wanted to like this because at first glance it looked clean and easy to use. I even set it up on a Tuesday night while half-watching a cooking show, so I was optimistic. But once I actually started using it, I kept running into simple features that just weren’t there. Nothing fancy, just basic stuff I expected to be included. After a few days of getting annoyed and making little workarounds, I gave up and switched to another tool.

"It was okay, but the formatting got weird"
It worked for some stuff, but a few of my files didn’t open the way they should have. Not sure how to explain it, but the formatting looked kind of messy and off in places.

"I’ll be honest, the installer was pretty..."
I’ll be honest, the installer was annoying. Setup froze on me twice, and I ended up wasting most of my evening trying to get it going. Once I finally got past that, things seemed to run fine, so it’s not all bad. But the installation process definitely needs some work

"Canceling My Subscription Was Way Too Difficult"
I tried to cancel my subscription and it ended up being really frustrating. It felt like the process was made harder than it needed to be, i expected at least an apology for the hassle.

"Useful tool, but the billing and verification got annoying"
I like the tool overall and it does what I need, but the renewal price caught me off guard. I wish the billing details were a lot clearer upfront. Also, having to go through verification over and over again got frustrating after a while.

"Licensing feels way too restrictive"
I liked the idea of using Edrawsoft, but the licensing ended up being a bigger hassle than I expected. I switch between devices often, and it was annoying trying to make the setup work the way I needed. For the price, I don’t think it’s a great value unless their license rules happen to match exactly how you use the software.

"I was hoping for more useful templates..."
I was hoping for more useful templates, but most of them felt similar. I spent way too much time clicking around trying to find something that actually fit. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t feel as helpful as I expected.
